Customers send their products to the A/S center using any delivery service, and we repair them and deliver them to the customers.
A. Package the Product

Package your product well enough to keep it from damage.

Please write down your name, phone number, address, symptom of the device and e-mail address on paper and enclose it in the package.

Please back up your important data.

Idamtech is not responsible for any data loss when the device needs to be formatted for A/S.

B. Reserve Delivery Service and Send the Product to Us

The package can be sent by C.O.D. (cash on delivery) in the following cases:

  • when using CJ Logistics delivery service for A/S
  • when using delivery A/S within the term of guarantee
    Please check the purchase date. (pay by card: ask your card company / pay by cash: check the receipt)

The package should be sent by pre-paid delivery in the following cases:

  • when using convenience delivery service and other logistics company except CJ Logistics
    (You should use pre-paid delivery service when sending it at a convenience store using CJ Logistics because the company policy has changed.)
  • when the term of guarantee was expired
  • when using motorcycle dispatch service (shipped on the same day)
  • when using express C.O.D.

A. The average time for the A/S Center visit

It takes about 30 minutes to an hour, and it can be longer according to the reception order and the waiting list for A/S.

The time mentioned above is for general business circumstances, and it might take longer than you expect when there are unavoidable circumstances like a long list of the products to be repaired.
